"Spencer, on the other hand, finds help from someone from her past."
That's an interesting quote as well.
I think they're talking about Dean?
I have heard it suggested that Wren probably couldn't work in Radly as a doctor if he had been committed there when he was younger, so I am not sure about that.
^ I guess he could have been in Radley under a different name?
Good call! They must have been referring to Dean! Anyone know why he was at the meeting and said he is an addict, when he is a sober companion? Did he relapse or was he there kinda undercover?
Yeah ArielLondon! He could have! Perhaps under the name......... "Charles"! LOL
I totally forgot about Dean, my mind went straight to the dancer.
Most sober companions are ex-addicts. Or well addicts who have learned self-control. Groups like AA go with the 'once an addict always an addict' mantra even if they haven't had a drink in years. But who is going to know the best way to handle someone coming off drugs other than someone who has successfully done it themselves? His story didn't suggest a relapse, in my opinion. It just sounded like he'd had a rough time with his famliy and needed to come talk it out with people who understood. And happened upon Ms. Spencer and talked some sense into her.
