This was posted on reddit recently:

This will probably eventually get deleted because it is too risky for me to identify my connection to the show. However, for those who care I have some spoilers.

In 7x10, it is revealed that Spencer is adopted. It is left as a mystery whether she is Mary's other baby until later in 7B when it is revealed that she is not.
7x10 reveals that Alison is pregnant. Dr. Rollins is the baby's father.
Noel dies in 7x10 and it is indeed spectacular as Marlene promises.
Spencer is shot by Jenna in 7x10 but we do not find out that she survives until 7x11.
Sydney will be a red herring in 7B.
Melissa killed Charlotte with her suitcase handle as the Liars previously suspected. Her motive is a combination of revenge on Cece and protection for Spencer.
Uber A is Paige. She is Mary Drake's second child and she is trying to avenge her sister, Charlotte. Paige has been involved all along and she was the real redcoat and the one who really stole the game from Mona. Marlene lied a lot in her interview after 6x10 and Paige really killed Ian, Garrett, and Wilden although her motives for those deaths are not explained in 7x20.

Can I please have the link to the reddit post? I would love to read the comments. I am on reddit right now and can't locate that thread. Has it been deleted?

And yes - I've been saying that I would love for Paige to be Uber A or at least be a legitimate suspect. I'm tired of dumb red herrings (Andrew, Sydney, etc.). Paige has been around long enough so she is a potential candidate.

I'm pretty sure these are fake! However my mind did go immediately to Paige after this episode. I definitely think she is involved somehow but I'd be really disappointed if she is A.D. I think we deserve a lot more than that.

It would be strange if Paige was avenging Cece since Cece sat back and basically ate popcorn while allison got out of the car and riduled Paige for responding to a fake letter that she wrote pretending it was from emily.

I don't trust Paige but you're right--if she is not the missing Drake (and I can't see her being Spencer's twin!) what would her motive be? Ali tormented her but the other girls haven't. They didn't always trust her but they never hurt her in any way that I can think of. Emily only ever loved her.

the story line they are developing just doesn't seem to fit Paige as A.D. But I guess we'll see

I think we need a more likeable character as A.D. Both Mona and Cece were very likeable. Paige just isn't as sad as that is. Then again, I am keeping my expectations low for A.D. considering all the emoji and mask stuff.
