I have a question, so as far as we know Addison disappeared at the end of Pll, so and Mona mentioned in Pll: The Perfectionists that Alex and Mary escaped of her prison-doll, what if Alex is the one who arrived to Rosewood again and make those girls suffer because she's boring? Lol I think that is weird but you never know, any thoughts?
What's on your mind?

Theories
I was going through some wiki pages after re-watching pll recently, and I came across this trivia on Mike's page that says "According to text messages released on Instagram, Mike attended Hollis College after his graduation. However, he doesn't believe he fits in and was interested in transferring to Beacon Heights University."
If the show gets renewed, is there a chance that Mike might make an appearance, considering we don't see many of the original characters? If not, was there any reason for mentioning something like this after the show's over in an Instagram post?
Yesterday, at right about the same time, my daughter and I (both PLL fans) got phone calls from OURSELVES. I kid you not!
(of course we know it was just some weird scam and didn't answer, but seriously, what an odd coincidence! It had never happed before)
What was the deal with that? It was very "Halloween"! Was it part of the experiment? Was it just to say "someone creepy is everywhere and nowhere"? It was too deliberate not to mean anything.
So now I’m going with the professor is either Claire or Ray. I know I hate the idea too but I think the Ray we saw might have been a mask/ disguise, due to the fact that we haven’t seen a lot of him. Claire has got to be in on it even if she isn’t Nolan’s killer.
I reckon Taylor could be Ray’s daughter, he did go on about a daughter he had when we met him! Maybe Nolan found this out and knows that’s why Taylor disappeared? So he went to Ray for help, why you’d meet on the roof tho I’m not so sure?.
BH4 has either got to be a split personality of either Taylor or Nolan, or Ray himself as an alias... is that the right word?? I reaaaaally don’t want a twin storyline so I’m cutting that one out.
I think Jeremy is out of the picture now but Andrew is creeping up my suspect list due to his shifty behaviour and how he pops up from scene to scene. Tbh I don’t really class anyone else as a suspect anymore at this time.
So I don’t really have a full on theory yet, I need to watch the series again and go through the notes in my book. But this is what is going on in my PLL brain atm. What do we think guys?!
After watching every episode (including the finale) TWICE, I have my theory. If there is no season two we will never know if I am right but here goes….
We now know the whole thing is a psychological experiment lead by “the professor.” So, who is this person? We have met 3 BHU professors that I can think of (except for those we met very briefly at the “speed dating” event. I am thinking this is someone we’ve gotten to know at least a little): Dr. Fielder, Gabriel, and Professor James. Dr. Fielder seems too obvious. She is a psych professor who hired Ali and said Ali is “in” something. Total red herring IMHO. Gabriel strikes me as a possibility, but I don’t think so. Let’s call him my second choice. Dr James? Definitely not. Why would an aging music teacher do a psych experiment?
So if not any of them, who? My guess is Ray Hogadorn. I know he is a janitor, at least that is what we’ve been told, but I think there is more to him than meets the eye. Maybe he is a former professor or maybe he is just calling himself The Professor. He may have dressed or behaved in a way that prompted Zach to call him “professor” simply because he thought he was. All I know is that with PLL you cannot narrow your choice of suspects just because they want you to! (I learned that when I told myself CeCe couldn’t be A because we were looking for a guy named Charles!!) If your goal is to watch people, being an “invisible” janitor is great cover. (And the fact that he lives behind door 214 HAS to mean something, right? ?)
I think Nolan trusted Ray and reached out to him for help, but Ray killed him as part of this psych experiment. The motive was to see how his subjects reacted to the death and what they were willing to do to protect their secrets and each other. I am even entertaining the idea that Ray had Nolan form his fake posse as a prequal to the experiment. (it is the same question that arose with Ali’s selection of the girls: WHY THEM? Because they were on Ray’s list?) Nolan had to die because he knew too much and his death set the experiment in motion.
I also think Taylor was working with Ray, although maybe not willingly. I believe he manipulated her, maybe even encouraging her to create Beacon Guard after her dad died so he could use it for his own game. He threatened her so she faked her death but he knew and kept blackmailing her?
We know Jeremy was working with him. I believe Ray made Taylor shoot Jeremy to silence him (he was about to tell Caitlin everything) and “remove him” from the experiment. It is also quite possible she set the others up for Ray’s blackmail. If they hadn’t jumped in to offer to lie for her, she may have asked them to or found another way to make them look guilty. I mean think about it, The Professor would not have any leverage over them at this point if Taylor had not shot Jeremy and implicated the rest of them in the process. I had to be part of the plan.
Do you think Professor Fielder in the finale episode works for The Professor? Or was it Claire Hotchkiss on the other end of the line?
I guess the two big ones are 1) who is the professor and 2) who was in the trailer?
1) I would say the psych professor who hired Ali seems too obvious. Maybe Gabriel? Or Ray? Maybe Ray is actually a professor in disguise.
2) don`t know! I'm not sure what the point of the explosion was if we don't know who died. Maybe no one. Maybe the professor planted explosives and escaped before they went off.
I guess the third question is ....will we ever find out?
Apparently its in doubt because of all the backlash to the Emison storyline, which I am sure is why they posted that text conversation. I thought the interest was stronger but maybe not. I guess I should have seen that from the activity here on this board. We got off to a good start but I hoped more people would join us. Instead its a ghost town heading into the finale and I feel like I'm talking to myself. ?
Oh well enjoy the finale everyone
Did she shoot him because she thought he killed Nolan, OR did she shoot him because he knew too much? I'm not sure I trust her and I do think it's possible they were working together on Beacon Guard or something else. Maybe she killed Nolan. She's certainly capable of it. The crazy act could have been just that, an act.
Did he tell Claire about Mona? If so i guess the whole thing was a set up. Why? Because Mona was getting too close to the truth about something? Is it that he is BH4 as I've suggested?
Ok so next week is the season finale (already!) and the description says that "After a shocking event, Ali, Mona and the Perfectionists try to pick up the pieces of their lives." HMMMM.
Probably another death, but who? My first thought was Taylor but idk. After last week I would say Jeremy was a real possibility. He clearly knows something dangerous.
thoughts? Speculation? If not a death, what else is a possibility? It sounds like it effects all of them.
I am posting this now because this event COULD happen tonight. Talk to you after the show!
What do you think? Let’s have a discussion! (I love doing this!)
Is Jeremy hiding information on Nolan? Does he know who Nolan trusted/that Taylor was alive? Is mason off our suspect list? Do we ship Zava? Is there more to Gabriel (holbrook) then just his ‘open relationship’?
What do you think was on his computer?
Is he guilty of something (killing Nolan, as some here have suggested? or being A?) or do they just want us to think that?
Maybe he's writing a book (ala Ezra). Or maybe he first got involved with Caitlin because he was spying on her for someone (ala Caleb), maybe Claire or someone who was or is going against her mom politically?
I have a feeling that it will end up being something forgivable. Not sure if Jeremy is a fan favorite at this point, but if people are shipping him and Caitlin Marlene won't mess with it.
As soon as Ali brought Taylor back to the BHU campus, wouldn't Beacon Guard be alerted or at least aware of her presence on campus? Maybe I don't understand how Beacon Guard works, but there are literally cameras everywhere and you can't tell me that the program Taylor wrote is better than the program that was written for BHU.? The same goes for Nolan, when his card was possibly used to access Mona's apt. Claire should have been notified immediately and security should have investigated.
Or is she just a convenient scapegoat being framed for her "A" ness ( I love that they are using "A" now!). As this is PLL I am leaning toward the latter.
I think he is meant as Ava's new love interest but has the looks to be a secret Hotchkiss does he not ?
