Blake Winters is a recurring character in the television series, Pretty Little Liars: Original Sin on HBO Max. He is portrayed by Joe Aaron Reid.
Blake is the adoptive father of Estelle who tries to balance raising a newborn with her biological mother still in the picture.

Imogen was originally going to let Aria Montgomery and Ezra Fitz adopt her baby. However, after a meeting with them, Imogen decided to back out because she got "weird vibes" from Ezra. The baby ended up going to Blake and his husband Rob Winters, who live in Millwood.

Blake and Rob appear when Imogen stops by their house for yet another visit. She has been to their house to check on Estelle many times, which annoys the couple. They asked Imogen to stop coming over and they will keep her up to date about the baby every month per their agreement when they adopted Estelle.[1]
