Klea Scott is an American-born Panamanian-Canadian actress, known for her numerous roles on television. She portrayed Jillian Howe in Pretty Little Liars and Dana Booker in Pretty Little Liars: The Perfectionists. She is the first actress to play two separate characters in both series.
Life and Career
Klea Scott was born on December 25, 1968, in the Panama Canal Zone, Panama. She is a citizen of both the United States, Canada, and Panama. She started acting in 1982 in the Candian TV series, You Can't Do That On Television, where she portrayed a character named Klea. She was in the series from 1982 to 1984, when she switched her focus from dancing to acting.
After graduating high school she moved to New York City to study acting, spent a summer at the Williamson Theater Festival, and then attended North Carolina School of the Arts. She received her bachelor of fine arts degree and did a few minor roles in theater. She began doing a number of short films before getting the main role in numerous television series', followed by TV movies.
In January of 2010, she gave birth to her first son, Captain. After his birth, she took a brief break from acting.
In 2019, it was announced that she would be playing Dana Booker, a security guard at Beacon Heights University, in Pretty Little Liars: The Perfectionists. She had previously portrayed Jillian Howe in Pretty Little Liars.
