Millwood Creamery is an ice cream parlor located in Millwood, Pennsylvania. Imogen Adams was a part-time worker during the summer before her junior year.

Imogen visits the Millwood Creamery late one night to ask for an application. She meets a handsome co-worker named Johnny who asks if she has any experience in ice cream. She calls herself a big fan and he gives her an application.

She starts working there immediately and is cleaning tables outside when Johnny arrives shirtless and on his bicycle. She stares for a moment before snapping back to the present.

Imogen is serving customers scoops in a dish while watching Johnny shamelessly flirt with a girl and get her number. Kelly Beasley stops by, unaware that Imogen is working at the Creamery. She wanted to hang fliers for Redemption House, a youth group project put on by her church. Imogen deduces it's a play and agrees to put the fliers up, feeling happy that her friend has something good in her life. She then invites Kelly to Mouse's sweet sixteen party.

Later, Imogen watches as Johnny gets another girls number and makes plans with her to visit Rosewood. Imogen intercepts the girl when she's alone in an attempt to warn her that Johnny is a player. The girl calls Imogen a bitch and makes it clear she doesn't appreciate the warning. She blows off Johnny and leaves the creamery. Johnny confronts Imogen about what she just did. She doesn't think he should treat girls that way. He's single and flirting, which is harmless, as the girls know they aren't the only ones he's talking too.

The next day, Johnny finds Imogen behind the counter and explains that everything he's doing with the girls is consensual and he would never do anything "untoward" with them. She realizes he must have Googled her. She appreciates him explaining himself. As the day goes on, he notices she's tired and offers the back room as a place for her to nap. She takes him up on the offer but has a disturbing dream. She emerges and tells Johnny she doesn't want to talk about the bad dream. As they're getting ready to close for the day, Imogen invites him to Mouse's surprise party that evening. He comes to the party and brings ice cream from the creamery.

A few nights later, the girls have ice cream at the Creamery where Imogen relays what she learned from Sullivan. They talk about Bloody Rose and Spookyspaghetti. Tabby changes the topic to her short film she needs help with.

Johnny checks-in on a distant Imogen. She claims she's fine, and he's trying to gauge how she's feeling after their kiss. He's nervous and she realizes that. She assures him that's feeling extremely good about it. She's working through other stuff. They stand very close to each other when the door to the Creamery opens. Sawyer walks inside and Imogen is surprised to see him - as is Johnny.

The next day, Imogen and Johnny serve patrons from a Millwood Creamery truck at the Camp Millwood screening of Friday the 13th courtesy of The Orpheum.

A few days later, Mouse tells the girls about the Hell House taking place while they eat ice cream and drink shakes. Greg basically confirmed the same thing to Faran earlier. Tabby saw a documentary about hell houses before. Ash is trying to see if he can pull together a protest for tonight or tomorrow. Imogen doesn't understand why the church is doing this, why Kelly is involved and why they're doing it at her house. She has to speak with Kelly because they were friends. Faran offers to go with her since Kelly was her friend too. Plus, there's safety in numbers. Imogen wants to see what the psychos are doing to her old house.

After attending Redemption House, a bloodied Imogen and her friends retreat to the Creamery where they huddle in a booth to discuss what just happened. With Bloody Rose on the loose and unpredictable, the girls worry Tabby's next for her final girl test, or that she'll double back to any of the girls. Faran reminds the girls of their self-defense classes while promising Tabby that she will be her on-call bodyguard.

• All of the ice creams are actually made of clay, with much detail going into them to make them appear real.
