She seems to know "A" (whether it's Mona, Toby, or Charlotte DiLaurentis because she addressed her as dear implying that she's a female. She's the one that gave A the room for "Room A" the new lair of the A-Team. She is obsessed with cats as seen in her office with the cat pictures and cat figurines.
