The Olivar Apartment, located in Millwood, Pennsylvania, is residence of Marjorie and her daughter Noa Olivar.

Season 1[]
After completing her community service for the day, Noa arrives home, where her mother asks her about community service and if she’s keeping her distance from the other kids. Noa remarks they aren’t the problem, and questions the time of her mother’s shift.[1]
At the Olivar apartment, Shawn notices something is wrong with Noa, as she's been quiet. Beasley is riding her ass until the bitter end. He brings up her taking the blame for her mom, as it's shitty that she's dealing with all this when the person who's really to blame is Marjorie. Marjorie enters just then, having gotten off work early. She invites Shawn to join them for a movie, but he refuses. Sheriff Beasley knocks on the Olivar apartment as he gets to do unscheduled drop-ins and visits per her probation. He hasn't done any so far. He decides to start in her bedroom and begins ransacking the room, emptying drawers and flipping her bed. He moves to the bathroom as the Olivar women sit on the couch. Beasley emerges with a dixie cup of pills. Marjorie quickly says they aren't hers. Noa admits they're magnesium to help her sleep. He can ask Nurse Simmons if he doesn't believe her. Beasley ultimately leaves with one last glare. Marjorie calls him a psycho. Noa asks what's in her bag that she's been clutching the whole time, wondering if she's using it again. Marjorie takes a quarter oxy for her back pain but that's it.
The next morning, Noa pours a bowl of cereal. She looks at her mom's purse and decides to go through it to find the pills. She looks at the bottle, which isn't prescribed to Marjorie. She quickly returns them until her mom comes out, asking if she's excited for her last day wearing an ankle monitor. She surmises she'll be more excited tomorrow. Later that night, Noa orders pizza from Pinball Pizza and then gets a text from an unknown number, reading:
She never learned her lesson. Mommy was going to throw you under the bus again, just like she did to Angela Waters.
Noa is in her apartment when the pizza delivery guy pages up to her apartment. His car is running so he asks her to come down, instead. She complies and heads down to the side door, where she finds a shattered window and a smashed pizza box on the ground. She heads back up to her apartment. As she reaches the door, she sees A standing in front of her apartment door. She begins to scream and run down the hall, begging for someone to help her. She bangs on apartment doors, but no one listens to her. She reaches the elevator, but it doesn't open in time. She runs back to the balcony entrance, but isn't fast enough to escape A. He grabs her and lifts her up, falling backwards. She tries to escape but he grabs her ankle. She kicks him in the face and runs down the fire escape. She leaps over a railing and sprints to the end of the roof. She looks over her shoulder at A. She sprints to him and slides, turning a second before he can grab her ankle, causing him to fall to the ground. She sprints across the roof and leaps from one rooftop to the other. She turns to face A and screams “fuck you.” She baits him to come and get her, calling him a little bitch. She steps back and her ankle monitor begins to go off. She takes a step forward and it stops. She asks what he wants, and he responds - punish the guilty. She asks who is guilty - her mother. She flashes back to being arrested for Marjorie and finding the pills at A's request. She calls Millwood General Hospital and asks for security, telling them that one of the nurses, Marjorie Olivar, has been stealing drugs from the hospital pharmacy. They should check her purse. She collapses to the ground sobbing. A is gone when she looks up.[2]
