Okay, so we all know there is an "A-Team", the question is... who is part of it?
Season 3 just started and only one member has been found out by the liars... Mona.
Now, I'm asking, did Mona came up with the A-Team? Who else is on the A Team? Who helps them? Who the fu** wearing the read hoodie? Who was the person that Jenna visited? Who was the blone girl in the read dress in the prom (Season Two Finale)? Who is going to be the next A's helper? Does the Black Swan... a.k.a., Melissa has something to do with A? And... Alison has a twin?
First of all, no. I'm pretty sure Mona did not come up with the A-Team... I think the person in the read hoodie, came up with that... this is my theory... Mona was not A until the time around Hanna got hit by a car. Before Mona's birthday party, Mona got really annoyed at Hanna because she became to hang out with her older friends much more... and than, they "took" Hanna away from Mona, and than A-Team's leader, offered Mona a job as A's helper... and she accepted. However, there are some things that's not adding up... I mean... remember that Halloween special episode in Season 2? Alison said to Mona "Do I know you?", and she answered, "No... but you will."... Maybe it was a hint that she's A... and she's gonna be the one person from the A-Team that's going to be found by the end of Season 2. Also, Ali tourtured Mona so much, that the letter "It's my turn to tourtue you..." might have been sent by Mona. Again, Ali tourtured many, many people... so the first theory is still possible.
Who else is on the A Team? I'm 99 % sure Lucas is helping... he looks so suspicious lately... again, like Mona, he probably joined really late to the A Team. I think Jenna is also a suspect, even though it will be completely obvious to the girls, she could be a helper... I think Jenna was a member because she wanted revenge to the girls for making her blind, but after she was unblinded, maybe her motive to revenge stopped. And now, she's a target... Alison was my suspect asa A... but now... I dunno. I mean, she's dead, who knows?! Also, Garret is also a suspect for me... but now that he's in jail... I have no freaking idea... Melissa is my top suspect for being the person who wears the read hoodie. I don't know why... but she's so suspicious, too. I also thought she's the person Jenna met in the park.... but I still don't know.
Now, the blonde girl in the red dress might be Alison... she looks like her... the next A's helper is probably Lucas... not 100 % sure about that though.
